Twin spindle, twin turret, 7 axis high speed turning and milling centres. Capable of continuous high accuracy one hit machining. Parts are fully turned and milled in one operation. These Japanese built machines are widely acclaimed to be the best of their type available worldwide.

Hardinge Conquest GT (1995 Machine)
High precision platen type turning centre for the rapid production of turned parts up to 25mm diameter.

Hardinge Cobra 42 (1997 Machine)
2 axis CNC lathe for the production of turned parts up to 200mm diameter.

Hardinge Cobra GS (1998 Machine)
2 axis CNC lathe for the production of turned parts up to 250mm diameter.

Brother TC32B-QT (2005 Machine)
Twin pallet ultra high speed vertical machining centre for the continuous production of milled parts.

Bridgeport VMC 1000 (2000 Machine)
Highly specified machine with glass scales for extra precision and a fourth axis, which gives it the capacity to do rotary milling.

Bridgeport Interact 450 (2006 Machine)
Small machining centre with a low speed spindle for the heavy duty machining of stainless steel and ferrous materials.

Fanuc Robodrill (1998 Machine)
Ultra high speed light duty machining centre for the continuous production of non-ferrous light alloy milled parts.

These CNC facilities are fully supported by a small range of traditional manually operated machinery.
